Vince is a Taxation Consulting Principal at MGI Sydney, specialising in middle market and family business, with particular emphasis on tax-effective structuring of business transactions, acquisitions and disposals.
Prior to joining MGI Sydney on its formation in June 2002, Vince spent a number of years as a senior taxation manager in the private client services division of multi-national chartered accounting firm Arthur Andersen.
His career in taxation commenced over twenty years ago with the Australian Taxation Office, where he worked as an assessor, auditor and advising officer, and was a member of the ATO NSW Large Business Income Capital Gains Tax Network, prior to moving into the accounting profession, initially as a sole practitioner.
Vince’s qualifications include a master’s degree in commerce and a bachelor’s degree in pure and applied mathematics. He is a fellow member of the Taxation Institute of Australia , a member of CPA Australia, a registered tax agent and justice of the peace.
